OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
In order to meet the needs of our clients in a personalized way, our firm maintains the following policies:
- Phone calls will be returned the same day.
- Financial statements will be completed within one week of our receipt of your information.
- Completed financial statements will be reviewed with you to ensure your understanding of your business condition and help plan for the future.
- Tax returns and other compliance forms will be completed on or before their promised date and at least one day before their due date to the taxing authority.
- For business accounts, an estimate of your current year's tax liability will be provided during the year along with planning strategies designed to reduce that liability.
TODD M. BROOKSHIER CPA
Todd has been practicing public accounting for over 27 years. He has been serving the Tarrant County area since 1982. His experience includes all areas of taxation, accounting, business planning and management services. He has dealt with a broad range of industries and business operations.
Todd graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and qualified for the 98 Honor Roll multiple semesters. Upon completion of college, Todd went to work for a national accounting firm. Todd holds a CPA Certificate from the State of Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Todd is an Eagle Scout. He is actively involved in church and family. His hobbies include golf, tennis and racketball. In addition he loves to travel including cruising. |
